Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in a chemical process engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of unit operations, process control, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and environmental compliance in chemical plants.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing chemical manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process upsets, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and manage process improvement projects, from conception through to implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and operating procedures.
• Ensure processes comply with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Support the scale-up and implementation of new process technologies and equipment.
