Job summary

Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 or higher required or equivalent.
• Experience in consultative selling and customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to interview customers and clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, escalating complex matters.
• Ensure customer details in CRM are accurate and document follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and resolve queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support routine business development tasks and assist others by following procedures.
• Identify potential customers from referrals and existing relationships to create sales opportunities.
• Select data from information and input into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Demonstrate understanding of networking value through internal and external connections.
