Job summary

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12 or equivalent (Required).
• Ability to follow a multilevel sales script and gather customer requirements.
• Willingness to carry out routine business development support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests; refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure customer details in CRM are accurate and document follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a sales script.
• Make calls or meet allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks and assist others by established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information and referrals from existing customers.
• Input data accurately into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Contribute to building a network of influence inside and outside the company.
