Multiform Human Development (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Financial Clerk to join the finance team. You will maintain records, process transactions, and assist with budgeting and reporting to support overall financial health.

You will handle AP/AR, GL reconciliations, and colaborate with auditors, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The role requires experience in finance and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a financial clerk or similar role within a financial department.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Handle bank reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.
• Support budgeting processes by preparing and monitoring departmental expenses.
• Respond to queries from internal stakeholders regarding financial transactions and reports.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
