Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an organized accounting professional to manage creditor and debtor duties in Randburg. You will capture supplier invoices, process expenses in Xero, reconcile accounts, and maintain supplier records in Dear and Xero.

The role also covers customer invoicing, foreign invoices, and payment allocations. The ideal candidate has Matric/Grade 12 and a tertiary financial qualification or is pursuing one, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• A tertiary financial qualification or studying towards one would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Capturing of Supplier invoices in Creditor duties.
• Processing of Operating expense invoices in Xero.
• Supplier Reconciliation.
• Adding/updating suppliers in Dear and Xero.
• liaising with suppliers for invoices, ETAs and queries.
• Processing foreign supplier invoices.
• Handling supplier queries and obtaining PODs.
• Capturing Supplier Credit notes.
• Customer Invoicing in Debtors duties.
• Processing foreign invoices and customer payments in Dear.
• Opening new customer accounts and updating records.
• Handling invoicing queries from customers.
