Multiform Human Development (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting clerk/Junior Accountant to join the Finance Department. The role supports accounting tasks, prepares financial reports, analyzes financial data, and reconciles bank statements.

Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Afrikaans are essential. The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, with 2 years of accounting experience or internships.

Qualifications

• Qualification in accounting or related field preferred.
• 2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices for outgoing shipments and credit notes.
• Allocating payments to customer accounts.
• Resolving customer invoice queries and sending statements by due date.
• Processing customer orders for spares and printing warehouse pick slips.
• Processing Purchase Orders and sending to suppliers.
• Processing goods received vouchers when goods arrive.
• Receiving and processing Employee Expense Reports.
• Processing supplier invoices.
• Adhering to revenue recognition rules.
• Assisting with annual stock take.
