Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd is seeking a driven financial adviser focused on delivering proactive financial services and advice to customers within an allocated market. You will maintain superior service by building strong client relationships, with formal in-house training, regulatory exams and continued professional development as a core part of the role.

You will meet the FAIS standards, possess a Grade 12, have a valid driver’s license, and display excellent communication

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• FAIS compliance RE5 an advantage.
• A valid Driver's licence and your own car.
• A clear criminal and credit check.
• A minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Provide advice on a range of products to an allocated market.
• Deliver quality customer service and identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Analyze problems to find best solutions, technical or professional in nature.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests; refer complex matters.
• Enter CRM data and schedule follow-up actions to enable retention and development.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan with key decision-makers.
• Understand regulatory codes and ensure compliance in daily work.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify opportunities for business development.
