Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required and FAIS compliance is expected.
• RE5 an advantage.
• A valid driver’s license and own car is required.
• Clear criminal and credit checks are required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Process cases, deal with complex queries, and investigate and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze specific problems to find the best technical or professional solutions.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact to support retention and business development.
