Network Contracting in Gauteng/Midrand is seeking a highly organized Financial Accountant to own a broad range of accounting, reporting and supervisory duties. You will drive accuracy, coordination and timely delivery with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include managing AP/AR, month-end close, cash flow forecasting, audit support and oversight of bookkeepers, with ERP implementations and manufacturing industry exposure viewed favourably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Proven experience in a financial accountant role.
• Experience managing staff and supervising bookkeepers.
• Experience with ERP, cash management and audit support.

Responsabilités

• Oversee AP/AR functions and ensure timely processing of invoices and purchase orders.
• Support month-end and year-end close, including subsidiary and group statements and schedules.
• Review reconciliations and resolve reconciling items promptly.
• Manage day-to-day cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
