Job summary

You will lead and deliver client engagements, drive sales and practice development, and collaborate across geographies to design innovative business solutions for moving from current to future business state.

Key duties include leading project planning, tracking progress, managing budgets, and coordinating documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client engagements in a finance/consulting context.
• Ability to design and implement business solutions for transitioning to future state.
• Strong collaboration with partners across the firm and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions with goals, timelines, tasks and resources.
• Monitor progress and address issues to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Use tracking tools to coordinate project elements and generate updates.
• Organise status meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
• Identify constraints and define solutions to keep projects on track.
• Design risk management plans to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee project documentation and contracts; manage budgets and resources.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement with project plans, schedules, and reporting.
• Report progress and identify improvements to Advisory Leadership and FTS Lead.
