Qualifikationen

• CA(SA) or similar qualification.
• 6+ years post-qualification experience.
• REIPPPP experience, ideally spanning bidding, financial close, construction and operations.
• Strong understanding of the South African renewable energy environment.
• Microsoft Business Central experience would be advantageous.

• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control and long-term planning.
• Financial reporting and annual financial statements.
• Cash flow, treasury and debt management.
• Tax compliance, including CIT, VAT and WHT.
• Managing finance activities across multiple SPVs.
• Coordinating internal and external audits.
• Lender reporting and compliance with finance agreements.
• Supporting equity/debt financing and project stakeholder management.
