The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project/corporate finance within the renewables sector, strong analytical skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Master's degree or CFA/CA(SA) certification is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking with renewable energy focus.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation and structuring complex deals.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics and SA regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to build relationships with financial institutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bloemfontein, Free State.
