Job summary

Super Group is seeking a Business Analyst for Finance Process and Systems to own end-to-end finance processes and the underlying ERP and EPM integrations. You will map business processes and their system counterparts, ensuring traceability and alignment across entities and regions.

You’ll run workshops, document data contracts, and design governance controls, contributing to process standardisation and successful user acceptance testing in a regulated, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience as a business or process analyst working on finance processes and the systems that run them.
• Proven ability to map end-to-end finance processes and related system steps.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end finance processes and the systems that run them across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and FP&A.
• Document data flows, ownership, and integration points between business processes and ERP/EPM systems.
• Run workshops with process owners and prepare business requirements with traceability to tests.
