Job summary

Qualifications

• BCom degree or accounting diploma required.
• At least 4 years in a management role with 5+ direct reports.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with SQL databases and Power BI for reporting.
• Experience with SAP, Syspro or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing/projects environment.
• Attention to detail and self-starter.
• Based in Centurion, office-based.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliant financial controls to mitigate risk.
• Provide accurate financial information to management for decision making.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasts.
• Analyze financials against Budgets and prior periods.
• Develop and deploy efficient financial processes.
• Provide input to commercial/operational activities for improvements.
• Streamline financial and administrative processes for speed and accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks including fraud, tax and liquidity.
• Support BBBEE verification and related activities.
• Oversee audits and statutory submissions.
