Job summary

Seamless - Now Under Outsourcery in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to strengthen financial controls, oversee multi-entity reporting and provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions across the group.

This hands-on leadership role will manage day‑to‑day finance, produce monthly management accounts, review stock controls, optimise ERP processes and collaborate with leadership to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Financial Manager or senior finance role in a retail/construction/manufacturing environment.
Experience managing multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, budgeting, forecasting and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Produce monthly management accounts and consolidation reports across the group.
Oversee day‑to‑day finance functions with accurate reporting and strong governance.
Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
