Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Monitor profitability and performance across multiple business units
• Analyse sales, costs, margins, and operational performance metrics
• Ensure accurate reconciliations, controls, and reporting processes
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
• Oversee compliance with statutory and tax requirements
• Support audit processes and maintain strong internal controls
• Develop and improve financial reporting and business intelligence tools
• Partner with operational teams to drive efficiencies and profitability
• Manage and support finance team members where required
