The role requires CA(SA) with 6+ years post-articles, 4+ years in leadership, and strong IFRS/SA tax knowledge. Buildsmart experience is advantageous, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification essential.
• Minimum 6 years post-articles experience.

• Experience in industrial/engineering/manufacturing/project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full finance operations function across multiple entities.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning.
• Partner with Operations Directors on project financial performance.
• Oversee monthly management reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
