Qualifications

• Requires BCom in Accounting, Finance or Management Accounting.
• 5+ years in Financial Manager or senior finance role in retail/related industry.
• Experience multi-entity financial reporting and strong budgeting/forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.
• Strong controls and audit readiness knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance across multiple entities.
• Produce monthly management accounts and consolidated financial reports.
• Manage month-end/year-end close and audit readiness.
• Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting and banking relations.
