About the client

What you will be doing

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and daily operations across all properties.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders, providing key variance analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements, including tax and labor legislation, while also managing financial audits.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the entire property portfolio and monitor performance against them.
• Oversee the accurate management of owner statements, payouts, and guest-related financial transactions.
• Take full ownership of payroll processing and compliance, with a plan to transition into this responsibility over time.
• Utilize Xero and actively seek opportunities to implement automation and a scalable finance structure.
• Lead the financial function, highlight risks and opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the overall business.
