• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance.
• At least 3 years in a management role within mining/construction/projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all financial activities of the organization.
• Maintain strong control over capex spend and financial modelling for projects.
• Design, implement and coordinate finance control systems, policies and procedures with governance compliance.
• Drive cost control and manage department budgets for efficient service delivery.
• Ensure proper accounting of capital expenditure, capitalization, and depreciation of assets.
• Prepare project proposals using financial modelling tools and support management decisions.
• Forecasts, actual expenditure, cash flow and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits and vendor payment processes.
