Job summary

JVR Software seeks an IT helpdesk technician to support mining operations in Limpopo. You will manage Microsoft operating systems, diagnose faults, and assist users with technical issues while complying with health and safety checks.

The role requires extended hours and standby readiness, matric and a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass medicals and inductions. Mining competency and hardware experience are desirable assets.

Qualifications

• Must have matric and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with networking.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and helpdesk support.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Medically fit to work on mining sites and pass inductions.
