Job summary

Lesaka Technologies is seeking a Manager: Field Services to lead mobilized field service delivery across Limpopo and adjacent regions. You will oversee installations, equipment availability, and lifecycle management while driving route optimization and service improvements to meet SLAs.

The role requires 4–6 years in field service leadership within payments or fintech, strong stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with field service systems. Willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma Certification in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years leading field service installations in banking/fintech/payments.
• Experience with field service management systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize end to end field service delivery and installations in line with Field Services strategy and operational requirements.
• Drive workforce capacity planning, productivity utilization, forecasting and route optimization.
• Ensure availability of equipment, devices and stock to meet SLA requirements.
• Mobilize merchant lifecycle installations in line with legislation, policies and procedures.
• Analyse performance data and drive service improvements.
