Job summary

Nxatel is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Team Lead to manage and grow our on‑the‑ground sales presence. You will lead a team of field sales representatives, drive sign sales performance to meet revenue targets, and ensure professionalism and compliance with Nxatel’s code of conduct.

You will develop sales strategies for business districts and SME hubs, coach agents, and report on performance metrics. This role is on-site and requires travel within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required; sales experience preferred.
• At least 2 years in sales, with 1 year in leadership.
• Ability to close deals in B2B environments.
• Proficient in CRM and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a field sales team to meet targets.
• Close sign sales with new clients in the field.
• Develop canvassing plans for districts and SMEs.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure contract compliance.
• Train and onboard new field agents.
• Provide performance reviews and reports.
