Job summary

Herotel is seeking a Field Sales Agent to proactively identify, approach, and convert prospective customers into subscribers. You will own your pipeline, develop lead-generation strategies, and drive against KPIs in a target-driven, field-based role.

You will manage the full sales cycle, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with installation and after-sales teams. A strong track record in outbound sales and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum.
• 1–2 years outbound sales experience.
• Valid driver''s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Target-driven mindset and performance focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English and local languages.
• Experience in broadband fibre/LTE or wireless is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers to generate revenue.
• Plan and execute field sales routes, door-to-door canvassing, and area penetration strategies.
• Submit weekly activity reports and maintain CRM records daily.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer sentiment.
• Deliver a thorough handover of new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams, representing the company professionally.
