Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Field Sales and Service Consultant to drive sales and promote our financial products within a defined region. You will build customer relationships, manage client portfolios, and identify new opportunities to tailor solutions for clients.

Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional service, and keeping CRM records up to date. A basic minimum wage with commission accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF Level 4).
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (NQF 5) - is a must.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and promote financial services and products in the assigned region.
• Identify and pursue leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations and consultations with potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets within the specified region and manage client accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and tailor financial solutions to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports.
