Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 2 years external, client-facing sales experience.
• Experience in medical or financial services advantageous.
• Proven ability to sell financial products and meet targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Willing to travel extensively within the designated region.
• Sales/Marketing tertiary qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company’s products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales.
• Conduct client visits and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, provide product information and support client decision-making.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor client satisfaction, competitor activity and market opportunities.
• Act as a communication link between clients and Head Office.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, contracts and client documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the inbound sales and administration teams.
