Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales for FMCG products in Vereeniging. You will build strong relationships with retail partners and distributors across Gauteng, promote product lines, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service to ensure ongoing business growth.

The ideal candidate has proven field sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel extensively for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for extensive field travel.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
• Minimum of a National Senior Certificate or equivalent; tertiary qualification in Sales or Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
