Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive FMCG sales across the Soweto region. You will visit potential and existing customers, present our product range, secure orders, and build lasting relationships to ensure repeat business.

In this role, you will meet and exceed sales targets, manage time effectively, and report on activities. A valid driver’s license and own transport are essential to cover the Soweto market, with uncapped commission and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field or direct sales, preferably FMCG.
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas and grow the business.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
• Knowledge of the Soweto market is an advantage.
