Job summary

MetroFibre networx is seeking a Sales and Marketing Consultant in Centurion to maximize MetroFibre assets and achieve penetration targets. You will engage customers door-to-door, drive community events and activations, and promote MetroFibre as the leading internet service provider in your area.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, deliver timely reports, and work with the Regional Sales Manager to execute campaigns aimed at achieving monthly revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Drive door-to-door sales and customer engagement in allocated areas.
• Execute targeted marketing activations using branded gazebos, banners and promotional materials.
• Plan, organise and participate in community events to build relationships and support sales objectives.
• Position MetroFibre as the preferred ISP in designated areas.
• Promote MetroFibre's products and value proposition to residential/community stakeholders to identify and convert opportunities.
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives such as open days and local campaigns.
• Prepare and submit weekly performance and activity reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with councillors, community reps, property managers and local influencers.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold MetroFibre's reputation.
• Handle customer communications, feedback, queries and complaints promptly.
