You will ensure health, safety and environmental compliance, manage budgets and drive continuous improvements, optimize production volumes and asset value, and lead cross-functional collaboration with exploration, reservoir engineering, and support teams to achieve company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in upstream oil and gas field operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex field operations and diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of production operations, artificial lift systems, and facility maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to HSE performance and operational integrity.
