This senior role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing complex upstream operations, optimizing production, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental performance. You will be responsible for the overall operational success of the upstream business unit, driving efficiency and maximizing resource recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of upstream oil and gas exploration, development, and production operations.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve production targets and financial goals.
