About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities at their production facilities in the East London . This hands-on role is critical for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of oil and gas production assets. You will lead a team of field operators, manage daily work plans, and ensure adherence to all safety and environmental standards. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of production operations, and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in real-time. You will be a key contributor to operational excellence within the Oil & Gas industry .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the activities of field operators and technicians on a daily basis.
• Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Monitor production equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.

Requirements
