Placements24 seeks an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead a fully remote, multi-location field team in the oil and gas sector. You will ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of exploration, drilling and production support from a distance.

The role requires directing diverse teams, implementing plans and budgets, and coordinating with engineering, geology and procurement to meet project milestones while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical or related) or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive field operations management experience in oil and gas.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams remotely and drive safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations with compliance to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
