Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead on-site operational activities in and around Nelspruit. You will plan, coordinate, and troubleshoot field deployments, ensuring high service levels and safety compliance across locations in Mpumalanga.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong logistics understanding, and the ability to manage field teams and resources effectively in dynamic environments. This is a full-time on-site position with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field operations management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Strong understanding of logistics, resource management, and team supervision in outdoor or site-based environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected challenges effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the operational area.
