Placements24 is seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to oversee our client’s field activities in Mahikeng, North West. You will lead a team of field technicians and operators, schedule daily activities, and ensure safety and productivity.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and travel within the region. You will coordinate logistics with logistics and supply chain, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in field operations.
• Experience in oil & gas or industrial services preferred.
