Qualifications

• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and their benefits.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Driver's license and own reliable vehicle are essential.
• Willingness to obtain FAIS-related regulatory exams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client financial and life circumstances.
• Present and explain life, health, vehicle, and home insurance products clearly.
