Job summary

iMas Finance seeks a Field Sales Agent to drive new business and promote non-life insurance products. You will conduct client needs analyses, prepare quotations, close sales, and maintain long-term client relationships in a compliant environment.

Applicants should have 2-3 years in direct sales, RE5, and FSCA recognition. A Code EB license and strong communication skills are essential for success in Gauteng markets.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 with FSCA-recognized qualification and RE5 is essential.
• Regulatory Examinations (RE5) must be current and valid.
• Knowledge of FAIS regulatory requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and meet monthly sales targets.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and needs analyses.
• Prepare accurate quotations and assist with form completion.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, POPIA, FICA and other regulations.
