Metropolitan in Thohoyandou, Limpopo is seeking a driven Financial Advisor to attract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products and providing after-sales service to ensure client retention and market growth.

The role requires 2–3 years in Field Sales or Call Centre, with insurance/financial services exposure advantageous, plus FAIS compliance and RE5. A matric or equivalent qualification is essential, and a valid driving license is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years’ experience in Field Sales/Call Centre environment (FIELD SALES essential)
• 2 years’ experience in the insurance/financial services industry rendering financial advice (advantageous)
• Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualifications and related certifications

Responsabilidades

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight features and benefits of products based on financial wellness needs.
• Sell products aligned to client financial needs by conducting affordability analyses.
• Advise on tax and legal implications of products or changes.
• Accurately capture client information and actions on systems.
• Complete all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
• Achieve set targets on production, quality and conversion.
• Adhere to compliance requirements in the sales process.
