Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Field Sales/ Call Centre environment (FIELD SALES is essential)
• 2 years’ experience in the insurance or financial services industry rendering financial advice (advantageous)
• FAIS Compliance Requirements
• Regulatory examination (RE) 5
• Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualifications
• Driver’s license and own transport (desirable)

Aufgaben

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight features and benefits of products based on financial wellness needs.
• Sell products by conducting affordability analysis to achieve clients’ financial goals.
• Advise on tax and legal implications of products or changes.
• Capture client information and actions accurately in the systems.
• Complete all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
• Achieve set targets on production, quality and conversion.
• Provide financial advice in line with engagement strategy to enhance client’s wellbeing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively present offerings through professional and credible financial advisory services.
