Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in installation and maintenance roles, preferably in the Installation & Maintenance industry.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics for installation and repair purposes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the Rustenburg area and potentially nearby regions, with a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model, involving both on-site duties and potential remote engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical installations of equipment and systems at various client locations, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks and servicing on installed systems to ensure reliability and prevent downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, performing necessary repairs or adjustments on-site or through remote assistance.
• Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring availability for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Document all installation, maintenance, and repair activities accurately in the company's service management system.
• Provide on-the-spot technical guidance and basic operational support to end-users as needed.
