• 10+ years' business development and successful sales experience in heavy equipment.
• 5+ years' sales management experience leading teams.
• Proven track record of selling high-tech solutions.
• Field-based business development and strategic account management.
• Strong commercial, analytical and business acumen.
• Experience using CRM, data analytics software and AI tools.

• Develop and manage a sustainable sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling and business development.
• Drive sales campaigns and expand the customer base across Southern Africa.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team, ensuring performance against targets and KPIs.
• Manage sales forecasts, CRM updates and reporting to local and international management.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior and executive-level customers.
• Develop and present tailored value propositions and technical sales solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic customer accounts.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and sales data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Travel extensively throughout the region to develop business and maintain customer relationships.
