Job summary

Recruitd is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for a US-based fibre ISP. Based in Melrose, Johannesburg, you will manage installation work orders from scheduling through to completion and coordinate with field technicians and contractors to ensure timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have strong organisational skills, experience with work orders, and excellent English communication. The role is full-time, on-site with weekly rotational shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in work order management or dispatch coordination.
• Experience in telecommunications, ISP, fibre or field operations is advantageous.
• Strong English communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation work orders from scheduling through to completion.
• Confirm fibre installation appointments with customers and provide reminders.
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate schedules across installation crews.
• Monitor work orders to ensure jobs are completed and no orders remain unresolved.
• Document and re-queue incomplete installations as needed.
• Manage inbound trouble call work orders for existing customers.
• Triage and allocate trouble calls to the appropriate technician or field team.
• Track service issues through to resolution and update customers.
• Coordinate site-specific routing and drop installation work orders.
• Maintain accurate work order records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Proactively identify scheduling issues and rearrange as required.
• Attend operational meetings and provide updates on outstanding work orders.
