Job summary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous.
• Must have knowledge and passion for regenerative farming, organic farming experience helpful.
• Previous working experience with Avocado, Olives, Almonds, vineyards and livestock.
• Must be a good communicator, team member, a reliable person with good leadership skills.
• Must have ownership mentality.
• Ability to take initiative within the vision of the farm.
• Mechanically orientated.
• Ability to motivate and work with staff.
• Valid driver’s license.
