Job summary

Farm Manager SA seeks a hands-on Farm Manager for an avocado and macadamia nut operation in the Tzaneen area, Limpopo. The role focuses on day-to-day management, coordinating with supervisors, and delivering accurate admin for audits.

A self-motivated, energetic candidate with valid driving license is preferred. Minimum requirements include 2+ years in relevant farming, and an agricultural qualification is advantageous.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintenance orientated.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Manage day to day farming operations
• Work with the supervisors ensuring the tasks are executed well
• Manage and monitor irrigation, fertiliser and chemical applications on the farm
• Keep staff motivated, work well with people from all backgrounds
• Planning and ordering of consumables on time
• Admin and paperwork need to be detailed and accurate for certification and audits.
