Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate parenting workshops and educational sessions to promote healthy family functioning.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case files and prepare regular progress reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family support, child welfare, or case management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of child development, family systems, and community resources.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse families and cultural backgrounds.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Richards Bay region.
