Relevant candidates will be compassionate, patient and skilled in family dynamics and child development, collaborating across the Free State to make a positive difference for children and families.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or extensive experience in social work, childcare, or community services.
• Experience with families and children in a supportive capacity.
• Knowledge of child protection policies in South Africa.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse families.
• Patient, empathetic and non-judgemental approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport for home visits in Welkom area.

• Conduct home visits to assess family needs and provide ongoing support.
