Dis-Chem Life is seeking a FAIS Supervisor to support the KI and ensure FAIS and regulatory compliance across all channels. You will supervise agents, perform monthly competency assessments, review sales practices, and deliver detailed reports to the KI.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and risk mitigation, with a clear path to transition into a KI role. Strong regulatory knowledge and multilingual communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the long-term insurance industry with compliance/regulatory oversight.
• Call centre experience preferred but not required.
• Experience coaching and implementing performance improvement plans for agents.
• Ability to speak and understand multiple languages.

Responsabilités

• Regulatory Compliance Oversight: monitor agents for FAIS and regulatory adherence and ensure standards are met.
• Competency Assessments: develop supervision plans and conduct monthly evaluations.
• Sales Activity Monitoring: review calls and transactions to prevent mis-selling and ensure ethical practices.
• Reporting And Feedback: provide detailed compliance reports and actionable training recommendations.
• Communication With Agents: give clear feedback and set performance expectations.
