Job summary

FNB Ladysmith is hiring a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will work with existing clients, build trust, and educate customers on the correct channels (eChannels and Self Service) while adhering to FAIS and TCF principles.

You will manage client relationships, achieve sales and service targets, and stay updated on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking or related field recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide a positive customer experience by addressing transactional needs and educating on the correct channel.
• Offer appropriate financial product solutions in line with FAIS and TCF requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation for compliance and service quality.
