Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, invites passionate professionals to become part of our dynamic team. The Programme Manager holds overall operational accountability of the faculty, coordinating between the faculty, campus and the Academic Centre of Excellence (ACE) to ensure alignment of academic processes across academic operations, campus operations, faculty, and curriculum delivery.

• Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) required.
• 5 years teaching and learning experience in higher education preferred.
• 3 years academic administration and operations management experience.
• Project management experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall operational accountability of the faculty across campuses.
• Coordinate between faculty, campus and ACE to align academic processes.
• Prepare annual faculty budget and monitor expenditures.
• Support the Dean in managing day-to-day operations and faculty administration.
• Direct campus staff to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate policy rollout, training and escalation support to campuses.
• Develop and implement the faculty plan with key stakeholders.
