Qualifications

• Honours degree in Business Management or Business Administration is required.
• Master's or PhD in Business Management or related field is advantageous.
• Experience with online lecturing at tertiary level is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching and learning in line with the curriculum.
• Monitor engagement and learner outcomes via the LMS.
• Coordinate programme meetings and contribute to content/assessment improvements.
• Provide timely and quality feedback on student work.
